While yes , it is annoying when a top tier weapon comes with 0 polarities, you also have to understand that DE tries to maximize their profit without being too intrusive. Forma and potatoes are a good source of revenue for them, adding polarities to every weapon would reduce it. Maybe just make it so that if you already have a fully polarized weapon you can either change polarities or just use the forma to flat-out buff the weapon.
