I did T16s on a 5L (and no Glorious Vanity for that matter, but the survivability difference is noticeable there). The -200% is 0% due to how Doryani's works. Your best solution would be to get a Lightning to Cold/Fire Greatwolf, probably, if you can fit it in. This is interesting, although I'm worried about dropping uul netol amulet for it. I'll definitely look into dropping some damage for it if it'll make me stop dying. I know you can find it through div cards that give uniques, maps, etc., but where does it drop natively?
