The 60% shield from transformation (and the 50% shield from fiery escape) is VERY nice everywhere there is chip damage or dots. I would say Blue Gunlancer, very fun - has a good build for chaos. Immortal in most content minus raid wipe mechs. Some people don't like backward dash, so you have to remember that too. Most fun: gunslinger, igniter sorc is really fun on fights that aren't dogshit for it, RE deathblade is fun even if it isn't quite as strong as Surge, artist has been a lot of fun.
